Fitbit Charge HR review

Fitbit charge hr review
Fitbit Charge hr

I wanted to share with you the results from two of my workouts today in which I tested out the fitbit charge hr ( heart rate monitor )

On the Fitbit charge HR reviews I will be posting the latest news about heart rate monitors.

Hike the device a purist a little in since the band down pretty tied for two reasons. It just allows
the device to make better contact with your skin into it supposedly helps improve the heart rate readings which I will get you in a moment.

My first test today was a quick - short bike ride. Because I want to give you a fitbit charge hr review. However I did try to keep the pace up. Now given that I would be moving my arm
around all that much. I thought the fitbit charge HR had a good chance have me ring my polar h7 which is a chest strap heart rate monitor.

The results were pretty much just that. The fitbit tracker HR said. My average heart rate was 129 in my max was 164. H7 said my average was 142 in mine act was 179 so in my book that's pretty close, it's clearly not the same but it's not far off. If you take a second to study the graph however you'll see that they don't really match up.

At least in terms of peaks and valleys h7 shows more drastic swings, well said that shows more smooth over result.

Basically I'm pretty sure fitbit they go through and works with some the inconsistencies in lapses date. Which I guess is fine. You also notice that the graph doesn't give you a a real axis it just shows three levels. Fat burn cardio and peak. This could be distorting the graph as well. You can see with the zones are go into settings but regardless personally wish I could see the real numbers.

I suppose though this is fitbit trying to simplify and explain the data for people. So test number one not bad.

Test two was a four mile run said they had my average heart rate at 154 in h7 had it at 167 which to me is not bad.

It's actually very close I did virtually the same test with the surge and so less exciting numbers which I think is probably attributable to the fact that the charge HR is just smaller in there for easier to keep.

At any rate on those are the grass again. For the charge hr in h7 don't look all that similar and I think this is basically do the same reasons that I mentioned previously for the cycling test.

Also unfortunately when you start an activity on the charge HR it does not record or asked me how long you ran in terms of distance traveled during the exercise. Unless you bring your phone and use the mobile run mapping system within the Fitbit app.  So for this run fiTbit did not estimate that I ran 3.8 miles.

I use map my fitness for this. If I wanted a distance associated with this workout I need to use my phone in tandem with the charge HR or I could do my own steps to miles conversion or some other work around which is unfortunate but I guess is not the biggest problem out there.

And so after two tests I'm definitely encouraged by what I've seen with thev charge HR.

The numbers don't match exactly with bipolar Chester monitor but they've been close.

However consistently lower which is noteworthy because the search was also consistently lower.
